From the East Side / FDR Drive South:
Take Exit 1/South Street and make right on to Broad Street. Make a right on to South William Street and continue to where it merges with William Street, bearing left. Proceed on William Street to Exchange Place and make a left turn. 40 Exchange Place is immediately on your left, and there is parking directly across the street at Icon Parking. Alternately, Take Exit 1/South Street and make right on Broad Street. Continue on Broad Street to the security check points. Show the guard your ID and the doctor’s appointment /business card, and tell him that you have a doctor’s appointment at 40 Exchange Pl. Proceed to Exchange Place and make a right turn. Proceed to 40 Exchange Place. There is parking directly across the street on the left at Icon Parking.

From the West Side/West Street South:
Follow West Street to the FDR underpass, get into the right lane of the underpass. Emerging from the underpass, bear right on Exit 1/South Street. Follow the access road to the first traffic light. Bear right on to South Street and make an immediate left onto Old Slip. Continue to Water Street and make a left on to Water Street, then an immediate right on to Hanover Square. Proceed on Hanover Square where it becomes William Street. Continue on William Street to Exchange Place. Make a left turn on to Exchange Place. 40 Exchange Place is immediately on your left, and there is parking directly across the street at Icon Parking.
